Route review & preparation
Review drawings and alignments, check access and field conditions, identify conflicts and prepare buildable work segments.

Civil & network installation
Trenching where applicable, crossings, duct banks, sub-ducts and microduct bundles, with attention to existing infrastructure.

Fiber installation
Controlled cable pulling or blowing while respecting bend radius, pulling limits and prepared route conditions.

Distribution infrastructure
Preparation and mounting of distribution points, handholes, cabinets and related network components.

Site coordination & reinstatement
Work-zone organization, production planning, material handling and restoration of paving and public areas.

Quality records & handover
Photographic records, as-built information and handover support; continuity, insertion-loss or OTDR testing support where required by the project.
